We offer a comprehensive selection of lawn mowers to suit different yard sizes, terrains, and user preferences:

Battery-Powered Mowers: Cordless convenience with swappable batteries; great for small to large residential yards.
Gas Push Mowers: Maximum power and runtime, suitable for thicker grass and uneven ground.
Self-Propelled Gas/Electric Mowers: Reduce physical effort; perfect for sloped or large residential lawns.
Zero-Turn Riding Mowers: For large properties (1+ acres) or commercial use; offer speed and maneuverability.
To choose the right mower, consider: yard size (small: under ¼ acre; medium: ¼–½ acre; large: ½+ acres), terrain (flat vs. hilly), grass type, and whether you prefer low maintenance (battery/electric) or high power (gas). Most of our lawn mowers arrive partially disassembled for safe shipping. Typical assembly includes:
Attaching the upper and lower handlebars (2–4 bolts, tools included)
Installing the grass catcher bag or side discharge chute
Adding oil (gas models – oil not pre-filled for shipping safety)
Charging and inserting the battery (electric models)
Assembly usually takes 15–30 minutes. A step-by-step illustrated manual is included. For customers who prefer a ready-to-use mower, we offer a White Glove Assembly & Setup Service for an additional $49. This service includes full assembly, oil fill (gas models), test start, and blade inspection. Please allow 2–3 extra business days for this service.
We stand behind every mower we sell. All new lawn mowers include the following warranty coverage:
Full Manufacturer's Warranty: 3 years on electric/battery mowers (parts & labor), 2 years on gas mowers (parts only; labor not included for gas engines unless specified).
Battery Warranty: 2 years against defects (does not cover normal capacity loss over time).
Frame & Deck Warranty: 5 years against cracking or bending under normal use (does not cover rust or impact damage).
What is NOT covered: Wear parts such as blades, belts, wheels, spark plugs, air filters, and oil. Damage caused by misuse, lack of maintenance, improper fuel storage, or commercial use (if labeled residential only) is also excluded.
To file a warranty claim, contact our support team with your order number, photos/video of the issue, and a brief description. We will either send replacement parts or arrange service at a local authorized repair center.
Proper maintenance extends the life of your mower and ensures safety. Below is a general schedule; always refer to your product manual for model-specific intervals.
After each use:
Clean grass clippings and debris from the deck, undercarriage, wheels, and air intake vents.
Check for loose bolts or damaged parts.
For electric mowers: remove battery and store indoors.
Monthly (or every 5–10 hours of use):
Check and sharpen blades (dull blades tear grass, causing browning).
Inspect wheels for wear and tighten axles.
Gas models: check oil level and top up if needed.
Every season (or 25 hours of use):
Gas models: change oil (first change after 5 hours, then every 25 hours).
Replace air filter and spark plug.
Clean or replace fuel filter.
Lubricate wheel bearings and pivot points.
Charge battery to 50–80% for off-season storage (avoid full discharge).
Annually:
Inspect and replace belts if cracked or frayed.
Sharpen or replace blades (or more often if hitting rocks/stumps).
Gas models: drain fuel or add stabilizer before long-term storage.
Check tire pressure (riding mowers).
We sell all maintenance parts (blades, belts, filters, oil, spark plugs, batteries) on our Parts & Accessories page. We also offer an Annual Service Kit that bundles everything you need for a given model.
Customer satisfaction is our priority. Here are the detailed terms:
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: You may return any unused, unassembled lawn mower within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding original shipping costs).
Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to returns of used mowers or those missing original packaging/accessories. Used means any grass has passed through the deck.
Defective Products: If your mower arrives damaged or fails due to a manufacturing defect within 30 days, we will replace it at no cost or offer a full refund including shipping. Just provide photos/video within 48 hours of delivery.
How to Return: Contact support for a Return Authorization (RA) number. Pack the mower securely in original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a defect.
Non-returnable items: Blades, belts, batteries, and other wear parts once opened.
Refund timing: Once we receive and inspect the return (typically within 5–7 business days), we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
We currently ship lawn mowers to all 48 contiguous United States via FedEx Ground, UPS, or common freight carrier for larger riding mowers.
Processing time: 1–2 business days for most mowers; 3–5 business days for zero-turn riders and White Glove assembly orders.
Delivery time: 5–12 business days depending on your distance from our warehouse (located in Kansas).
Shipping cost: Calculated at checkout based on weight and distance. Free shipping is offered on all push and self-propelled mowers over $299. Riding mowers have a flat shipping fee of $99.
Tracking: You will receive email/SMS tracking as soon as your order ships.
Signature required: For riding mowers and orders over $800, an adult signature is required upon delivery.
Alaska, Hawaii, and international: We formally did not process orders to be shipped to AK, HI, or addresses outside the USA, but it now possible but at higher shipping fees. For military APO/FPO addresses, please contact support to check eligibility.
Freight deliveries: Riding mowers arrive on a pallet. You will need to be present to accept and sign. The driver will lower the pallet to the ground but does not bring it inside or assemble.
Yes, we want to make quality lawn care accessible. We partner with Klarna and Affirm to offer financing options at checkout.
Eligibility: U.S. residents only, subject to credit approval. A soft credit check is performed that does not affect your credit score.
Options:
Pay in 4: Split your purchase into 4 interest-free payments every two weeks.
Monthly financing: For purchases over $200, choose 6, 12, or 24 monthly payments with interest rates from 0% to 29.99% APR based on creditworthiness.
How to apply: Add mower(s) to cart, proceed to checkout, select "Klarna" or "Affirm" as payment method, and follow prompts to complete a short application (usually under 2 minutes).
Late fees and terms: These are set by the financing partner. We do not manage collections or late payments. Please review their terms carefully.
We also accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), PayPal, and Apple Pay.

For gas mowers:
Check fuel level – stale fuel (older than 30 days) can cause issues. Drain and refill with fresh gas (87+ octane, less than 10% ethanol).
Check oil level – low oil will trigger safety shutoff on many models.
Check spark plug – clean or replace if corroded.
Check air filter – a dirty filter chokes the engine.
Check primer bulb – press 3 times firmly.
Check safety features – ensure handle is fully engaged, blade control lever is released, and any safety key is inserted.
For electric/battery mowers:
Fully charge the battery – at least 4–6 hours for first use.
Check battery connection – it should click firmly into place.
Test with a second battery (if available) to rule out battery failure.
Check safety key or start button – some models require a key to be inserted.
Look for debris blocking the blade – the mower may have a safety cutoff if obstructed.
If it still doesn't work: Contact our support team via email or text HELP to our SMS number. Please include your order number, model name, a short video of the issue, and the steps you already tried. We will respond within 24 hours with troubleshooting or warranty instructions.
Absolutely. We maintain a full inventory of genuine OEM (original equipment manufacturer) replacement parts for every mower we sell.
How to find your part:
Method 1: Visit our Parts & Accessories page. Enter your mower model number (found on a sticker under the deck or on the manual). A diagram will show every part with corresponding part numbers.
Method 2: Contact our support team with your model number and a description of the needed part. We can email you a diagram with the part highlighted.
Method 3: For common wear parts (blades, belts, wheels, filters), we have pre-filtered category pages by mower type.

We ship parts separately from mowers, usually within 24 hours via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Orders over $49 ship free.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can buy a lawn mower without signing up for texts.
We take your privacy seriously. Alpha Pro Rides collects only the information needed to process your order, ship products, and provide customer support. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
What we collect: Name, address, email, phone number, payment details (processed securely by our payment partners, not stored by us), and purchase history.
How we use it: Order fulfillment, customer service, warranty registration, and (with your consent) marketing communications.
Third-party sharing: We share data only with shipping carriers (FedEx, UPS, USPS), payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, Klarna, Affirm), and SMS platform providers. These parties are contractually bound to use your data only for services provided to Alpha Pro Rides.
Your rights: You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing privacy@asvservices.us. We will respond within 30 days.
